The Painter`s Studio
My Master’s project at the University of the Arts in Berlin was all about exploring, writing, and illustrating a book about 20th-century painting studios. It features Matisse’s studio in Nice, Frida Kahlo’s improvised studio during her bedridden days, with a mirror above her head, the home and studio of Vanessa Bell, and other places where significant modern paintings were made.
